Visit www.sripuram.org to get more details. My wife liked it not for its spiritual wisdom but more so for the 1.5 tonnes Gold being used to build the temple. The temple is beautiful- for me more than the grandeur of Gold it is the scenic location where the Temple is located - surronded by hills and the absolute tranquility it boasts off. I like the approach passage to the temple - star shaped en route to main hall where Goddess Lakshmi Narayani is there. Both the sides of the approach passage you find good sayings quoted from Gita and other religions. The Creator od this temple says that even one person changes his/her mind by following one of the many good sayings carved out there - the mission of this temple is accomplished. It is like giving medicine to the child which is bitter, but you sugar coat the medicine. Here it is the reverse!

Therefore, legally you cannot do anything with the Doctors after 60 days even if you keep swallowing the pills day after day and get into some trouble. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

It is very fascinating to read the lives of these 2 guys Larry and Sergey. Though I am only half into this book, the message is very clear - the rise of very ordinary persons to stardom!. The book in various stages in the initial phase keeps referring to the genius of these guys more than you would have liked. At times, you feel exasperated for the tom-tom attitude of LarryandSergey - the way they like to be called. Why can&amp;#39; t they, afterall they have given new dimensions to they way people&amp;nbsp;in online world start searching for information today. As I write they have launched Google Sky now. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;Unlike other biggies who were in big times when these guys start Google in their academic campus, these guys sincerely went on perfecting the product/offering while the others were chasing the numbers. Contrary to the belief, Venture Capitalists also look out for the novelty in the business idea rather than simply asking the &amp;quot;revenue model&amp;quot;. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;In fact when these 2 guys approached VCs for funding in the initial stages they did not have any revenue model or business philosophy at all. Their main objective was to improve the performance of the product. This makes them interesting and it is unconventional in the world dominated by Microsoft ways of doing business. It is going to be interesting as to how they fare against Microsoft ( am i right in comparing them with Microsoft all the times) on their product offerings and it is not easy anyway. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Gone are the days where you ask questions specifically to the customer in terms of what he/she wants and you make a sale accordingly. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Now with so much of knowledge available for any buyer when it comes to taking an educated decision, he also equally assumes that some of the services which are considered &amp;quot;extra&amp;quot; are part and parcel of the overall deal. It is rather tough tough if you assume yourself as&amp;nbsp;the sales guy making the deal. I myself have been in that position for my own customers as well. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;The customer assumptions/expectations have gone up for the bad of sales persons as he otherwise loses an opportunity to make an upsale there. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;It depends in terms of how good/smart you are in managing such customer expectations without losing the grip on the overall commercials. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman" size="3"&gt;I write this based on my experience with one of my customers recently. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
