At times, we miss to mention the subject and send email. Still we may feel it as trivial mistake. But the person to whom you are sending, if not your friend or personal, is a bureaucrat/ your superior the kind of impression he get on seeing the empty subject mail can cause a sudden rise in his/her blood pressure :-). Its just un deplorable. Sometimes, if the mail is addressed to a client and their Firewall if configured to consider the incoming mail with Nil subject as Junk, then it would be a complete Mess. It has happened a time for me when sending internally. Subject always conveys the One Liner of the Whole Subject. So to make sure you don’t fuss it up or if you dyslectic (jus kiddin ;-)) follow the few lines below.
1) Open Outlook 2003/2007
2) Go to Tools -> Macro -> Security -> Security Level Tab. Set Low and give Ok
3) Press ALT + F11 which opens you Microsoft VBA Editor
4) On the left side pane, you can find Microsoft Office Outlook Folder. Beneath the folder, Right Click the ‘ThisOutlookSession’ object and choose view code.
5) On the right side pane, copy and past the code in the attachment.
6) CNTRL + S (Save)
7) Close the Editor
8) Close the OutLook
9) Reopen and try
To Check for EMail Attachment Before sending mail just Un-Comment those few lines, Save, Close and reopen.
If you're running the IE8 Beta, Microsoft has put out a new tool that can help them identify web pages with rendering problems in the new Standards mode. The add-on's MSDownloads page was the first one I submitted. Live.com's personalized page was the second.

There is a new process which slows down the moving or copying of files in vista. Remote Differential Compression, but can easily be turned off and disabled. In Control Panel, Programs and Features -> Turn on or turn off Windows features -> Search through and uncheck the box with Remote Differential Compression.
Hope this will speed up the Copy/Move file process without SP1.

Microsoft Research has launched a new Web site called InkBlot, which shows, a series of Rorschach Inkblots and helps users create a secure, personal password that is easy to remember. The user is presented with a sequence of random inkblots. Each should remind the user of a word. For each image, the user then types the first and last letters of the word that come to mind, like ‘by’ for butterfly. www.InkblotPassword.com currently has 1,000 inkblots in its database. It was quite hard for me to understand the concept. I think they may migrate from .net passport authentication to Inkblot in future. i have read about such a technology is being researched in MS
The Live Search Images team recently released a fun new feature to make it easier to find specific kinds of images. To use the feature you simply have to add a filter your query, like so:
Portrait results return head and shoulders images. For example: ‘Rajinikanth filter:portrait’
Face results are closer shots with the face the most predominant element of the image. For example: ‘Aishwarya Rai filter:face’
Black and white results are pretty self explanatory. Example: ‘night skyline filter:bw’
You can even combine some of the filters: ‘George Washington filter:face filter:bw’

MicroSoft Terminal Service Commands (MSTSC) which allows us to initiate a remote terminal service to connect to a remote computer or to a terminal server. As the remote terminal sessions are limited (most of the cases 2) we can make use of console session of the server using the following command.
MSTSC -Console | MSTSC /Console
If we are running out of sessions which may be inactive but connected to the server, its hardly possible to kill the inactive connection from the client. We need to kill the connections by logging in physically (Correct me if im wrong). At this juncture, Logging into the console comes handy to the Admin. (Note:- user must be admin to connect to the console). i have posted innumerous requested in tech blogs asking for a solutions. At last i found this option in its own help [MSTSC /?]
Note:- We cannot use Mstsc/CONSOLE to connect to a console session on a Windows 2000 Server-based computer
