Just to install VNC server
( From source forge) on Mac OS X Server and then use any Windows platform VNC viewer
such as TightVNC, RealVNC or UltraVNC.
Before this you have to allow the mac to get connected to its clients.
On the MAC
Open the Sharing System Preferences pane.

Open System Preferences from your black apple menu.

Click Sharing.
At the top of the Services list is Screen Sharing. Select it and turn it On.
Where it says Allow access for:, choose All users.. This will make things
easier.
Click the Computer Settings button.
From the next window check on Anyone may request permission to control screen.
On the same window enable the VNC viewers may control screen with password option
and choose a password. This allows computers running VNC software, such as Chicken
of the VNC.
Now install the VNC server - during the installation set the pw. Once done you will
see the below screen showing the vnc server running ..
Client - how to connect MAC now.
Install the VNC Viewer on the windows machine and type the IP address:5900 and type
the pw
Yes you are connected. You can verify this showing one user connected to the mac machine.
