Good Customer Service from Reliance Fresh and Shell Petrol Bunks
day before yesterday, i went with my family to buy vegetables from the near by Reliance Fresh shop. The shopping got over, the security at the gate told me " hope you had a good time in the shop, Good night Sir". I am stunned and smiled him and wished a good day.
Today, I was going to a customer place at Ennore and driver shopped at a petrol bunk which is definitely not within the city limits. The lady ( or a girl) came and showed me the credit slip for signature, she told me, Sir, please wear your Seat Belt all the time while travelling". i said thanks and will do. ( BTW, amby didnt have a seat belt anyway).
These 2 incidents defnitely made me happy as a customer. They are not saying anything new, but the effort is really incredible and its difficult to find out a good attitude even from well educated sales persons.
